Tickets are neither refunded nor exchanged, except in the case of postponement or cancellation by the organizer.
The price, date, and time indicated on the ticket or order must be verified by the customer at the time of payment to ensure that it corresponds to the requested service. No subsequent claims will be accepted under any circumstances.
It is expressly reminded that under Article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the customer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal concerning leisure services (shows) which must be provided on a specific date or according to a determined schedule.
No refund or exchange will be accepted in case of delay, as the showtimes are clearly announced at the time of purchase and indicated on the tickets.
Out of respect for the audience and the artists, seating in numbered seats is no longer guaranteed after the curtain rises.
