Each person must retrieve their items when leaving the Bataclan. In case of loss of the claim ticket, deposited items cannot be collected before the cloakroom closes. Effects and items not picked up when the cloakroom closes will be held for their owners for one month through the lost item declaration procedure, which will allow you to see if it was found after the event and, if applicable, to know the procedures for recovering it. If not collected within this period, the item will be destroyed or donated to a charitable organization.
